To Sleeve or not to sleeve...

Here's a question for all you sleevers out there.
If we were to produce sleeves, for the large size cards would you like the sleeves to be clear both sides, or to have a design on the back?
If we make clear sleeves, you'll still see any marks you've already made on the card - which defeats one of the main reasons to sleeve. However, if you've looked after your cards, or if you are someone buying the game for the first time now, this works.
If we make sleeves with a design on the back, all previous marks will be forgiven, but you won't get to see the cool door on the Boss cards (unless you don't sleeve the bosses).
There is this idea of doing a mixed pack (containing X clear and X backed sleeves, in the same pack), but that will cost a fair bit more and might not be realistic in terms of cost.

With great pleasure (and considerable relief) we can announce that all parcels going to our Kickstarter backers have now been despatched, and all shipping notification emails have been sent.
Phew!
We are sorry this took longer than expected - the estimates we were given did not turn out to be correct, but we got there in the end and soon everyone will have their games.
Please note, some duplicate shipping notifications were sent out by mistake. However, we are assured that no actual duplicate shipments were despatched - just the emails. So please don't be alarmed if you got more than one email. Of course, if anything unexpected does actually arrive please let us know.
If you have not had your shipping email yet:
1) We're really sorry, we know how that feels.
2) Please check your spam/junk folders. The email might have gone in there. It will be coming from Gamesquest ([email protected]) or in some cases from DHL directly.
3) If it you still can't find it - something has gone wrong. It doesn't necessarily mean your parcel hasn't shipped, but we need to look into it for you. Please email us at [email protected] with your backer details and we'll ask the fulfilment team what has happened. Please keep in mind we are in the GMT timezone and we do (sometimes) take a few hours off to sleep - anything that comes in overnight will be dealt with first thing in the morning. But rest assured we want everyone to have their games as soon as possible, and we'll do everything in our power to make sure you get taken care of.

Soundtrack and Stories

We have begun distribution of our digital items!
The original soundtrack is on its way to each and every one of you for free, since it was one of our unlocked stretch goals. You will get an email from Backerkit in the next few hours with instructions on how to download all 6 tracks in MP3 format.
For those of you who purchased The Story Pack, you will get a second email with details about how to get hold of this. The PDF includes 16 works of short fiction, all centering around the Dark Castle: A gamebook inspired 'death section', 9 character tales, and 6 boss 'legends'.
